A $25 e-transfer must be sent before the santion application is submitted.  Please send to lorrie.sorowski@usask.ca and the Hockey SK receipt will be forwarded. Approval of the application will be sent directly to the named contact.

• Tournament applications received within one week of scheduled start date are subject to an additional $25 registration fee ($50 total)
• Age division
• Gender category (Coed or Female)
• Level (AA-A-B-C-D)
• Start date
• End date
• Where tournament will be played
• Contact name (first and last)
• Contact phone number
• Contact email address
• Type of games (regular 5 on 5, 4 on 4 or 3 on 3)

c)  There will be no U7 games sanctioned by Hockey Saskatchewan until December 1st annually.

NOTE:  All Initiation “play” until December 1st is practices.

6.04.15 - UNDER-9

d)  There will be no U9 Tournament games sanctioned by Hockey Saskatchewan  prior to December 1st.

As per 6.08.02, no Tournament Sanctions will be issued to any teams in the appropriate age groups during Sask First Regional Camp and Tournament dates.
