MMHA Ice Time Change Guidelines 2025/26
Practices:
When scheduled a practice that conflicts with a SMHA Scheduled Game or Tournament please email mmhascheduler@gmail.com with the date and time of conflicting Ice time in a sufficient time frame to be rescheduled.
MMHA scheduled practices take precedence over Team scheduled practices or dryland.
If there are conflicting practices times it is up to the individual team to try and make a trade with another MMHA team or reschedule the personal team practice.
If no trade has been made and the ice slot has not been filled this will count towards your weekly allotment and a practice will not be alternately scheduled as a replacement.
If a practice trade has been made between teams, please email the Scheduler with the necessary changes and the agreement between the teams so the Scheduler can update Teamlinkt and the Rink.
Games:
Games scheduled to be played in Saskatoon must follow the SMHA guidelines
Games scheduled to be played out of Saskatoon must reach out to the Managers of the opposing team
Games scheduled to be played in Martensville:
Managers, please email the scheduler with the date and time. Alternate dates may be provided.
If alternate dates cannot be provided it will be up to the team to find a game trade within the association. Once all the teams agree upon the trade it must be communicated back to the scheduler to make the appropriate changes.
All information must be sent in at least 5 days in advance of the change. Emails must have names and contact information from all teams involved in the change.
PLEASE ADD all events into Teamlinkt as well as the Google Sheet under your respected age division and team.
