#1 - Pay online via credit card at time of registration* or;
#2 - Setup credit card payment plan at time of registration* or;
#3 - Pay in full via 'cash' after registration: -E-transfer fees to martensvillehockey@gmail.com or;
-Send a cheque to Box 909 Martensville SK S0K 2T2 and email martensvillehockey@gmail.com indicating you have done so.
For either 'cash' method, note your player/players' full name(s) and age division

Due in full by September 15 or before attending any tryout camp or regular evaluations (whichever is first).
*Paying via CC incurs an administration fee that the MMHA does not control nor receive.
