Gamesheets for the season will be given to the Head Coach of each team at the beginning of the season. Should you team require extra gamesheets, please contact Joyce at mvillehockeysecretary@gmail.com 

*Note: Gamesheets for tournaments can be purchased from MMHA or through the Hockey Sask website.

Submission of game sheets is to be done as soon as possible after game(s) by the HOME TEAM or Tournament Planning Committee to:

U7 - U9 house league games scheduled by MMHA - within 24 hours, the home team submits a scan/picture of the game sheet both sides to martensvillehockey@gmail.com AND LisaS@HockeySask.ca 
All of these games will be sanctioned and sent to the manager by the MMHA secretary. The sanction number will need to be recorded on the game sheet.

U11 - U18 regular season games (scheduled by SMHA) - home team submits a scan of both sides as soon as possible after the game via email to smha@sasktel.net

AA regular season games - home team submits to SAAHL c/o President, Larry Kienas - kienas@sasktel.net

All Age/Level Divisions - any Hockey Saskatchewan-sanctioned games (exhibition or tournament) must be sent within 72 hours and following the directions in the approval to LisaS@HockeySask.ca
