Submission of game sheets is to be done as soon as possible after game(s) by the HOME TEAM or Tournament Planning Committee to:

U7 - U9 house league games scheduled by MMHA - within 24 hours, the home team submits a scan/picture of the game sheet to martensvillehockey@gmail.com
U11 - U18 regular season games (scheduled by SMHA) - home team submits a scan of both sides as soon as possible after the game via email to smha@sasktel.net
AA regular season games - home team submits to SAAHL c/o President, Larry Kenas
All Age/Level Divisions - any Hockey Saskatchewan-sanctioned games (exhibition or tournament) must be sent within 72 hours and following the directions in the approval to LisaS@HockeySask.ca
